(ii) The applicant became licensed or
registered in the other state or country after passing in that or
any other state or country an examination that is similar to the
examination for which the applicant is seeking the waiver; AND

(III) THE APPLICANT MEETS THE QUALIFICATIONS
OTHERWISE REQUIRED BY THIS TITLE.

7-310.

(c) Before a license expires, the licensee periodically may
renew it for an additional term, if the licensee:

(3) Submits to the Board: [a]

(I) A renewal application on the form that the
Board requires; AND

(II) SATISFACTORY EVIDENCE OF COMPLETION OF:

1.  1,000 HOURS OF ACTIVE NURSING PRACTICE

WITHIN THE 5-YEAR PERIOD IMMEDIATELY PRECEDING THE DATE OF
RENEWAL; OR

2.  A COURSE OF INSTRUCTION, COMMONLY
KNOWN AS A REFRESHER COURSE, APPROVED BY THE BOARD . ; OR

3.  A PRECEPTORSHIP PROGRAM PROVIDED BY AN
EMPLOYER , AND APPROVED BY THE BOARD.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

take effect July 1, 1986 1987.

(House Bill 1045)

AN ACT concerning

Cecil County - County Commissioners - Restriction

on Sale of Public Landings Property

FOR the purpose of requiring the County Commissioners of Cecil

County, before selling or otherwise transferring real
property owned by Cecil County on which a public landing is
located, to hold at a certain time a public hearing that is
advertised in a certain manner.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,
