(2) Any vehicle that a Class D driver's license
authorizes its holder to drive.

(d) A Class D driver's license authorizes the licensee to
drive any vehicle or combinations of vehicles, except:

....

(1) Combinations of Class F (tractor) and Class G
(trailer) vehicles;

(2) Vehicles or combinations of vehicles with a
registered gross vehicle weight or registered gross combination
weight of more than 25,000 pounds, but not including an uncoupled
truck tractor;

(3) Buses DESIGNED TO CARRY MORE THAN 15 PASSENGERS
OVER 10,000 POUNDS GROSS VEHICLE WEIGHT; and

(4) Motorcycles.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall

take effect July 1, 1986.

Motor Vehicles - Distributor - Definition

FOR the purpose of redefining and limiting the term distributor

to mean a distributor who is authorized by the manufacturer
or the manufacturer's authorized importer to enter into
agreements with certain dealers of motor vehicles.
