CHAPTER 401

(Senate Bill 1054)

AN ACT concerning

Environmental Trust Fund - Transfer of Funds

FOR the purpose of requiring the State Comptroller to transfer a

certain amount of funds from the Environmental Trust Fund to
the general Fund of the State Revenue Stabilization

Dedicated Purpose Account of the State Reserve Fund on a
certain date; and providing for a certain effective date the
effect of this Act.

SECTION 1. BE IT ENACTED BY THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY OF
MARYLAND, That as of June 30, 1986 July 1, 1986, the State
Comptroller shall transfer $4,000,000 from the Environmental
Trust Fund to the General Fund of the State Revenue Stabilization

Dedicated Purpose Account of the State Reserve Fund.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act is

contingent upon the enactment of Chapter ___ of the Acts of the

General Assembly of 1986 (S.B. 198).

SECTION 2 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That subject to the

provisions of Section 2, above, this Act shall take effect June

1, 1986.
