(2) Made a part of the contract covering the project,
which contract is deemed to be a contract of the character
specified in § 103 of the federal Contract Work Hours Standards
Act.

8-212.

(a)  Each member of the Commission shall take the oath
required by Article I, § [6] 9 of the State Constitution.

8-639.

(b) (1) The Secretary has authority, subject to the

provisions of DIVISION II OF THE STATE FINANCE AND PROCUREMENT

Article [21], to approve the construction or modification of a
railroad grade crossing or a change of crossing protection
equipment and to impose conditions necessary to insure public
safety at the crossing.

(2) No other approval, safety condition, or
protective measure may be required by any public authority.

11-137.

"Name" means:

(1)  True or legal name; and

(2)  In the case of an individual, the name given at
birth to the individual by his parents or as changed by marriage
or by court order; and

(3)  In the case of an individual [divorced a vinculo
matrimonii] PARTY TO AN ABSOLUTE DIVORCE, the individual may
elect to use any legal or true name previously used by the
individual if this name is used consistently and nonfraudulently.

12-207.

(a) (1) Each hearing shall be conducted in accordance with
the rules of evidence in [Article 41, § 252 of the Code] §§

10-208 AND 10-209 OF THE STATE GOVERNMENT ARTICLE.
16-106.

(d) (1) The applicant for an original license shall submit
with his application a birth certificate or other proof of age
and identity that is satisfactory to the Administration.

(2) An individual [divorced a vinculo matrimonii]
PARTY TO AN ABSOLUTE DIVORCE may elect to use a prior legal or
true name upon filling an affidavit or other proof, satisfactory
to the Administration, of:

(i) The prior name; and
