other State agency for hours worked as a result of loss of leave
attributed to disciplinary action. "Leave," as referred to in
this paragraph, means regular leave which is the two days of
leave that normally follows the five days of duty assigned these
employees and not holiday, vacation or personal leave.

(7)] Any Natural Resources Police Officer who for any
reason works any overtime, whether or not the officer is paid
monetary overtime compensation for that time, shall be considered
to be employed by the State during those hours for purposes of
all other employee entitlements.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Motor Vehicle Administration - Replacement Fee Fees

FOR the purpose of requiring the Motor Vehicle Administration to

charge a certain fee for the issuance of certain replacement
documents or plates under certain conditions; making the fee
in addition to other fees or penalties imposed by the
Administration; providing for the Administration to retain

the fee imposed under this Act; imposing a certain fee for

renewal of registration of a motor vehicle by an owner of

the vehicle who is denied registration for certain parking

violations under specific circumstances; providing for the

disposition of certain fees; and generally relating to the
issuance of certain vehicle documents or plates as

replacements for repossessed documents or plates and the
imposition of a certain fee for renewal registration under
specific circumstances.
