(A) (E) (1) IN THIS SECTION, "WEEKEND PRISONER" MEANS A

PRISONER UNDER THE JURISDICTION OF THE SHERIFF OF HARFORD COUNTY,
WHOSE SENTENCE IS TO BE PERFORMED DURING ANY 48-HOUR PERIOD IN
ANY 7-DAY PERIOD, WITH EACH PERIOD OF CONFINEMENT TO CONSTITUTE
NOT LESS THAN 2 DAYS OF THE SENTENCE IMPOSED.

(B) (2) HARFORD COUNTY MAY COLLECT FROM A "WEEKEND
PRISONER" AN AMOUNT DETERMINED TO BE THE COST TO THE COUNTY OF

PROVIDING FOOD, LODGING, AND CLOTHING FOR THE PRISONER. THE

COURT MAY WAIVE ANY OR ALL OF THIS CHARGE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

Public Ethics - Lobbyists - Contributors

FOR the purpose of requiring certain nonincorporated

organizations entities registrants to disclose the names of
individuals who contribute more than a certain amount of the

group's total financial support; and generally relating to

contribution disclosures by certain lobbyists.

BY repealing and reenacting, with amendments,

Article 40A - Maryland Public Ethics Law

Section l-201(s) and 5-101(b)

Annotated Code of Maryland

(1982 Replacement Volume and 1985 Supplement)

BY adding to
