AN ACT concerning

Real Property - Condominiums - Notice, Liability,
and Disclosure Provisions

FOR the purpose of defining certain terms; altering certain
notice requirements prior to conversion of property to a

condominium regime; altering notice regarding certain

meetings? altering the basis for distributing certain
insurance proceeds; specifying the basis by which a unit

owner is liable for certain damages and liabilities;

requiring certain information to be included in certain all
bylaws and public offering statements; requiring certain
statements to be filed with the Secretary of State at
certain intervals; and providing certain procedures for
providing information to condominium unit owners preventing
a developer from evading certain liability under certain
circumstances; establishing a limit on the fee a council of
unit owners may charge for providing certain information to
condominium unit owners; and generally relating to notice,
liability, and disclosure provisions in the State
condominium law.
