A VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISION OF THIS SUBTITLE IS AN UNFAIR
OR DECEPTIVE TRADE PRACTICE WITHIN THE MEANING OF TITLE 13 OF
THIS ARTICLE AND IS SUBJECT TO THE ENFORCEMENT AND PENALTY
PROVISIONS CONTAINED IN TITLE 13 OF THIS ARTICLE.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Anne Arundel County - Orphans' Court Judges - Salaries

FOR the purpose of altering the annual salary paid to orphans'
court judges Orphans' Court Judges in Anne Arundel County
under certain circumstances; and providing that this Act
does not affect incumbents; repealing a certain outdated
provision in local law; providing that the Orphans' Court
shall hold sessions a certain number of days each week; and
generally relating to the salaries of Orphans' Court Judges
in Anne Arundel County.
