equipping, rehabilitation, and improvement of water supply
facilities under the conditions and limitations set forth in
Section 5(b)(1), (2), (3), (8), (9), and (10) of Chapter 286 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1974, as amended, and in
Chapter 10.17.12 of the Code of Maryland Regulations, as amended.

(4) An annual State tax is imposed on all assessable
property in the State in rate and amount sufficient to pay the
principal of and interest on the bonds, as and when due and until
paid in full. The principal shall be discharged within 15 years
after the date of issue of the bonds.

SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect June 1, 1986.

AN ACT concerning

Vehicle Laws - Transfer of Vehicles to Automotive
Dismantlers and Recyclers or Scrap Processors

FOR the purpose of authorizing an automotive dismantler and
recycler or scrap processor to require a transferor of
certain vehicles to execute an indemnity agreement on a
certain form; requiring altering a provision of law to allow
certain automotive dismantlers and recyclers or scrap
processors to execute and file a certain indemnity agreement
with the Motor Vehicle Administration under certain
conditions; and generally relating to indemnity agreements
required for the transfer of certain vehicles to automotive
dismantlers and recyclers or scrap processors.
