(f) (1) Except in accordance with a proper judicial order
and except by request of an officer of this county or
municipality OR THE MARYLAND SPORTS STADIUM AUTHORITY having a
right to make the request in an official capacity, an official or
employee of the State or any of its subdivisions may not make
known in any manner any information contained in any report filed
under § 405 of this article.
(2) Nothing contained in this section shall prohibit
the publication of statistics so classified as to prevent
identification of individual accounts.
(g) A violation of subsection (f) of this section is a
misdemeanor and punishable by a fine not exceeding $1,000 or
imprisonment not exceeding 6 months, or both.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That the 6 members of
the Maryland Sports Authority initially appointed under this Act,
1 shall be appointed for a term of 1 year, 2 shall be appointed
for a term of 2 years, 1 shall be appointed for a term of 3
years, and 2 shall be appointed for a term of 4 years.
Thereafter, the terms are as provided in this Act.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That this Act shall
take effect July 1, 1986.

of the Maryland Stadium Authority initially appointed under this
Act, 2 shall be appointed for a term of 2 years, 1 shall be
appointed for a term of 3 years, and 2 shall be appointed for a
term of 4 years. Thereafter, the terms are as provided in this
Act.
SECTION 2. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That of the 5 members
of the Maryland Stadium Authority initially appointed under this
Act, 2 shall be appointed for a term of 1 year, 1 shall be
appointed for a term of 2 years, 1 shall be appointed for a term
of 3 years, and 1 shall be appointed for a term of 4 years,
Thereafter, the terms are as provided in this Act.
SECTION 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, That it is not the
intent of the General Assembly by the enactment of this Act to
support or oppose a new stadium, or to support or oppose the
renovation of the Baltimore Memorial Stadium.
SECTION 3 4. 3. AND BE IT FURTHER ENACTED, that this
Act shall take effect July 1, 1986. It shall remain effective
for 3 years and, at the end of June 30, 1989, if no long term
