(2) IF THE MARYLAND SPORTS AUTHORITY HAS REVENUE
BONDS OUTSTANDING, THE FUNDS SHALL BE PAID 100 PERCENT TO THE
MARYLAND SPORTS AUTHORITY FINANCING FUND.

PART I. DEFINITIONS; GENERAL PROVISIONS.

(A) IN THIS SUBTITLE THE FOLLOWING WORDS HAVE THE MEANINGS
INDICATED.
(B) "AUTHORITY" MEANS THE MARYLAND SPORTS STADIUM
AUTHORITY.
(C) "FACILITY" MEANS:
(1) STADIUMS, ARENAS, OR OTHER STRUCTURES FOR THE
HOLDING OF ATHLETIC CONTESTS OR EVENTS, INCLUDING BASEBALL,
FOOTBALL, AND AUTOMOBILE RACING; AND
(2) PRACTICE FIELDS, OR OTHER AREAS WHERE
PROFESSIONAL SPORTS TEAMS MAY PRACTICE OR PERFORM.
(D) "FACILITY" ALSO MEANS THE FOLLOWING TYPES OF PROPERTY
IF THAT PROPERTY IS DIRECTLY RELATED TO AN ITEM LISTED IN
SUBSECTION (C) OF THIS SECTION.
(1) OFFICES, OFFICE BUILDINGS, PARKING LOTS AND
GARAGES, ACCESS ROADS, HOTELS AND MOTELS, RESTAURANTS, SPORTS
AND OTHER COMMERCIAL OR BUSINESS ESTABLISHMENTS;
(2) PARKS AND RECREATION AREAS;
(3) TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES; AND
(4) OTHER PROPERTY OR STRUCTURES INCLUDING ALL
FIXTURES, FURNISHINGS, AND APPURTENANCES NORMALLY ASSOCIATED WITH
SUCH FACILITIES.
(C) "FACILITY" MEANS:
(1) STADIUMS FOR THE PRIMARY PURPOSE OF HOLDING
PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL GAMES. MAJOR LEAGUE PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL
GAMES, FOOTBALL GAMES, OR BOTH IN THE BALTIMORE METROPOLITAN
AREA, AS DEFINED UNDER REGIONAL PLANNING COUNCIL LAW; AND
(2) PRACTICE FIELDS, OR OTHER AREAS WHERE
PROFESSIONAL FOOTBALL OR MAJOR LEAGUE PROFESSIONAL BASEBALL AND
FOOTBALL TEAMS MAY PRACTICE OR PERFORM; AND
