The punctuation, a comma, was omitted from Ch. 182 of
the Acts of the Regular Session of the General

The correction was suggested by the Michie Company.

following:

enforcement as may be requested by [a] law enforcement or other
criminal justice agencies, the courts, or the county government,
when necessary for the public safety.

DRAFTER'S NOTE: This corrects a grammatical error in §

The grammatical error occurred in Ch. 426 of the Acts

misdemeanor".

The omission of the cross-reference was noted by the
Administrative Office of the Courts of Maryland.
