   Tho Winn Acknowledges a deed of gift~ for one Acre of Land —
   part of a Tract of Land called Rea bone to Mr Samuel Exell during
   his Life and after that for the use of a Desenting meeting house— .

you that y.o Attach any the goods Chattells —
   Rights or Credits of William Jones late of Kent County Cordwainer alis
   Dics William Jones of Steel poone in Kent County in ye Province of Mary=
  :land Cordwainer if they Shall be found in yo.r Baylwick to the value of—
   Eleaven pounds twelve Shills. Currant money and Six hundred and Eighty
   pounds of Tobacco and when y.o have the Same So attached or any part-
   thereof the Same in your Custody keep So that y.o have them before the .
   Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town
   of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in November next then
   and there to be Condemned According to Act of Assembly to and for the use
   of a Certain John Williams unless he the Said William Jones by —
   himselfe or his attry Shall appear and answr. unto the Said John—
   Williams in a plea that he render to him the full and just Sum of~
   Eleven pounds twelve Shillings Currant money according to Law &
   that by good and Lawfull men of your Bailiwick you make known unto
   the person or persons in whose hands y.o make the Same Attachment.
   that he She or they be and appear before the Justices of our Said Court
   to be held as afd to Shew cause if any he She or they have why the Same
   Goods Chattells rights or Credits So attached in his her or their hands ought.
   not to be Condem.d according to Law if to him her or them it Shall Seem meet
   and how y.o Shall Execute this writ that y.o make known unto our Said —
   Justices at the day & place afd and have you then and there this writ
