   [Def^t]~. the payment of the debt afd and Cost accruing if the [afd P]lt Shall
   obtain Judgment Judgment against~ the Said Deft~. in the Said Accon of~
   Debt~. and the Said Deft~. the Condemnation afd Shall not Satisfie nor
   himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf of Said County deliver or that the
   afd Francis Barney jun^r. the body of the Said Deft~. Shall not render [&c^a.]
   After which the afd Deft~. in his proper person appeared to the afd Accõn
   and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and to [illegible]
