     36                                August Court. 1716
   that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.   Att which-
   Said next Court vizt. this twenty first day of August the Same year
   last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby
   Gent- high Sherf of Said County and made Return therof in these —
   words thereon endorsed as folls Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf —
    M.r John Johnson one of the attrys of this Court prays that he
   may be taken as Surety for Cost in the above accõn wch. is granted
   M.r John Johnson comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe Surety
   for the afd Robert Hollinsworth   if in case the afd John Steed -
   Should appear to the above accõn and Non Suite the Plt~. that the
   he will pay the Cost to the afd Deft. if in case the Plt Shall not~
   pay it himselfe ——
   The afd John Johnson prays that the Deft~ may give Special bayle
   to the above accõn which is granted   after which Dr. John—
   March of this County comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe
   Special bayle in the above accõn and doth undertake the -
   payment of the Damages on the accõn afd and Cost accruing if the .
   afd Plt Shall obtaine Judgment against the Said Deft~ in the
   afd Accõn of Trespass on the Case And the Said Deft~. the Condemna:
  :tion afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody of the Sherf .
   of Said County deliver or that the afd John March the body of the
   afd John Steed Shall not render &ca——
   After which the afd John by Thomas Bowne his attry comes and —
   defends the force and injury &ca. And Saveing to himselfe all and .
   all manner of advantages and Exceptions [as?] well to ye writ afd as to
   the Declaration of the Said Plt prays leave to imparle thereto
   and to answer at next Court which is granted the Same day is —
   given the Plt also
   Jonas Sandeland | Trespass on the Case returnd Cepi   M.r John~
                at | Johnson prays He may be taken as Surety for
   Philip Eilbeck - | Cost if in case the af.d Deft Should appear to .
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~~ | ye afd Accõn and [ca]st the Plt afd in ye Same
   on which the Court grants that the afd John Johnson be taken as afd prayd
   Mr. John Johnson afd comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe Surety
   for the [afd] Jonas Sandeland if in case the afd Philip Eilbeck Should
   appear to the above accõn and non Suite the Plt that then he
   will pay all the Cost to the afd Deft~ if in case the plt Shall not~
   pay if himselfe
