   Robert Maxwell | Baltemore &ca Whereas at a Court held at our Court

house on Chester River in the Town of Chester in Said
   County on the fifth day of August in the Year of our Lord Christ One Thousand
   Seven hundred and thirteen Before Colo William Pearce and his associates
   then Justices of the peace for our last Lady Queen Anne for the County afd
   in Court Judicially Sitting then held for Kent County afd in a Cause then -
   and there depending on Siri facias on A Judgment before that time -
   obtained in the afd County vizt. on the Eleventh day of March in the
   Year of our Lord Christ one Thousand Seven hundred and Nine before
   Lieutenant Colo Edward Blay and his associates then Justices of our Said
   late Lady Queen Anne for the County afd in Court Judicially Sitting then
   held for Kent County afd in a cause then and there depending Between
   Thomas Taylor of Said County Planter Plt. and Robert Maxwell of Kent~
   County afd in the Province afd Planter Deft the Said Plt. Recovered
   Judgment against the Said Robert Maxwell on Ballance the Sum of
   four hundred ninety four pounds of Tobacco Certain Damages whereof
   he was Convict as appears upon Record and Satisfaciõn thereof having not
   been made Siri facias Issued as abovesaid that is to Say the Said Deft~
   came into Court the fifth day of August abovesaid and Confest Judgmt.
   to the Siri facias on the Judgment afd mentioned being for the afd.
   Sume of four hundred ninety four pounds of Tobacco Certain Damages
   mentioned in the Same Siri facias whereof he was Convict the Said-
   fifth day of August Anno Domi one Thousand Seven hundred and
   thirteen whereof he was by his Confession of Judgment he was Convict
   as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Three Hundred and .
   three pounds of Tobacco Cost Expended by the Said Plt. in prosecuteing
   the Said writ of Siri facias and for that Execution have not thereupon
   Yett Issued wee Therefore Command you that by good and Lawfull
   men of your Bailywick you make known unto the Said Robert~ .
   Maxwell that he be and appear before the Justices of our next County.
   Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County.
   on the third Tuesday in November next to Shew cause if any he have
   why Execution Should not Issue forth against him for the damages and.
   Cost~ in the Judgment afd Specified And how you Shall Execute this writ~
   that you make known unto the Justices of our Said Court at the day and
   place afd hereof you are not to faile at your perill and have you then—
   and there the names of the persons before whom you Shall make the—
   Same known and this writ witness Nathaniel Hynson Gent~ chiefe~
   Justice of our Said Court this 22d day of August in the Second Year of~
