   Accrueing      Therefore it is Considered by the Court here viz this twenty:

   that the aforesd Pltf William Glanvill Recover against the Said Defendt.
   John Caislick as well the aforesd. Sum of five hundred and fourty two
   pounds^tobaccodamages by the aforesd Pltff Sustained on Occasion of ye Sd Defendt.
   his not performing his promises and Assumptions aforesd. and also the Sum
   of one pounds fourteen Shillings and Six pence Currant money of Maryland
   damages by the aforesd Pltf Sustained on Occasion of the Said Defendt and also
   the Sum of Seven hundred and thirty pounds of Tobacco Cost by ye aforesd Pltf
   about his Sute on this behalf expended and by the Court here of his Assent
   adjudged and the Said Deft. in Mercy &c
