June Court 1716 John Hodges if he Shall be found in your Baylwick & him Safe keep So that yo have his body before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Co[urt] house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in June next to Satisfie unto George Hill of Kent County Shipcarpenter the Sume of five hundred and thirty five pounds of Tobacco Cost on Non Suite Recovered by the Considerations of the Justices of our Said Court the Twenty fourth day of this Instant March whereof he was Convict as appears upon Record together with the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco Cost on this precept thereof~ faile not at your peril and have you then and there this writ witness James Harris Gentn chiefe Justice of our Said Court the 24th day of March in the first year of our Dominion &c.a Anno Domini 1715 . . . .
