   the Said Defend^t. for his the Said Def^ts. Use diverse liquors and other
   ordinary Accommodations at the Usual and Ordinary rates and prices
   Assessed as afores^d. ( as by the Record of the Said Rates and prices here remaining
   may appear ) And which Said Liquors and other Ordinary Accommodations
   in An Account Commenceing the nineteenth day of November in the year
   of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen and ending the
   twenty Second day of November In the year of our Lord Christ one thousand -
   Seven hundred and Seventeen hereto Annexed are Specifically Shown amounting
   in the whole unto the Sum of one hundred and twenty nine pounds of—
   Merchantable Tobacco upon himself Assumed and to the Said Pltf. there and
   there last mentioned faithfully promised that he the Said Def.^t the afores^d.
   Sum of one hundred and twenty nine pounds of Tobacco to the Said Pltff.
   when thereunto required would well and truly pay and Content.
    Nevertheless the afores^d Def^t. his Severall promises and Assumptions afores^d.
   in form afores^d made as to the afores^d Severall Sums of Money and Tobacco which
   in the whole amounts unto the Sums of Seven pounds one Shilling Currant
   money of Maryland and five thousand Six hundred and thirty five pounds of
   Merchantable Tobacco he hath not minded nor in any wise kept But Altho’
   he the Said Defend^t. hath paid and Satisfyed to him the Said Pltff. to y^e Value of
   one pounds & Sixteen Shillings Currant money of Maryland of the afores^d Sum
   of Seven pounds one Shilling Currant money of Maryland and to the Value of
   two thousand three hundred and fourty pounds of Tobacco of the afores^d Sum
   of five thousand Six hundred and thirty five pounds of Tobacco Part Yet the
   afores^d Def^t. his promises and Assumptions as to the Sums of five pounds five Shillings
   Currant money of Maryland of the afores^d Sum of Seven pounds one Shilling Currant
   money of Maryland and the Sum of three thousand two hundred and ninety five
   pounds of Tobacco of the afores^d five thousand Six hundred and thirty five pounds
   of Tobacco Residue litle regarding but plotting and fraudulently Intending him
   the Said Pltf. of the afores^d Sum of five pounds five Shillings Currant money
   of Maryland And the afores^d Sum of three thousand two hundred and ninety five
   pounds of Tobacco Craftily to deceive and defraud the Said Sums of five pounds
   five Shillings Currant money of Maryland and three thousand two hundred
   and ninety five pounds of Tobacco the Same Def^t. to him the S^d Pltf. hath
   not paid nor made Content for the Same Altho’ to pay the Same he the
   Said Defendant afterwards viz the twenty Second day of November in the
   year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen at y^e Parish
   County and Jurisdiction afores^d. was thereunto required But he the Same Def^t.
   the afores^d Sums of five pounds five Shillings Currant money of Maryland and
   the afores^d three thousand two hundred and ninety five pounds of Tobacco to the
   Said Pltf to pay or Content for the Same hitherto hath denyed and Still doth
   deny to the damage of him the Said Pltff. one hundred and fifty Shillings of like
   money afores^d. and Six thousand pounds of like tobacco afores^d. and thereupon—
