   mentioned Liquors and other ordinary Accommodations Sold found
   and provided as aforesaid were at the time of the Sale finding & providing
   there at reasonable rates and prices worth and amounted to unto ye Sd Pltf.
   when thereunto well and truly pay and Content . And the aforesd Pltf indeed
   Say’th that the aforesaid Last mentioned liquors and other Accommodations
   Sold found and provided as aforesaid at the time of the Sale finding   and
   providing thereof at reasonable Rates and prices were worth and Amounted
   unto the Sum of three pounds ten Shillings and Six pence Currant money
   of Maryland in manner and form as in the Said Account Sett forth of
   which the aforesd Defendt. then and there last mentioned had notice. And
   that whereas the aforesd Deft. afterwards vizt. the twenty first day of
   March in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and
   Sixteen at St. Pauls Parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this
   Court   In Consideration that the aforesd Pltf. at the like Special Instance
   and request of the aforesd Defendt. had then and there last mentioned Sold and
   delivered to the Said Defendt. and to the proper use and behoofe of ye aforesaid
   Defendt. Diverse liquors and found and provided other Suitable Accommodations
   in an Account hereunto Annexed Specifically at the Several rates and prices in
   the Said Account Sett forth which in the whole amounts unto the Sum of two
   thousand Seven hundred and fifty three pounds of Merchantable Tobacco upon
   himself Assumed and to the Said Pltf then and there last mentioned faithfully
   promised that he the Said Defendt. the aforesd Sum of Th two thousand Seven
   hundred and fifty three pounds of Merchantable Tobacco to the Said Pltf.
   when thereunto required would well and truly pay and Content And that
   whereas Also the aforesaid Defendt. afterwards viz. the aforesd twenty first
   day of March in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and
   Sixteen at the Parish County and Jurisdiction aforesd   In Consideration that
   the aforesd Pltf. at the like Special Instance and request of the aforesd Defendt.
   to the proper Use and behoofe of the aforesd Deft. diverse liquors and found and
   provided for the aforesd Defendt. other Suitable Accommodations in an Account
   hereunto Annexed Specifically Sett forth upon himself Assumed and to the Said
   Pltff then and there last mentioned faithfully promised that he the Said Defendt.
   So much Merchantable Tobacco as the aforesaid last mentioned liquors and
   other Accommodations Sold found and provided as aforesaid were at the time of
   the Sale finding and providing as aforesaid at reasonable rates and prices worth
   and amounted to unto the Said Pltf. when thereunto required would well & truely
   pay and Content . And the aforesaid Pltff. indeed Say’th that the aforesd last men:
  :tioned liquors and other accommodations Sold found and provided as aforesd. at the
   time of the Sale finding and providing thereof at reasonable rates and prices were worth
   and amounted unto the Sum of two thousand Seven hundred and fifty three pounds of
   Merchantable Tobacco in manner and form as in the Said Account Sett forth of which
   the Said Defendt. then and there last mentioned had notice   And that whereas
   also the aforesd Pltf. from the nineteenth day of November in the year of our
   Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen at St. Pauls Parish in Kent
   County within the Jurisdiction of this Court by Lawfull License kept an Ordinary
   and house of Entertainment and So Sold and vended to the Inhabitants of this
   Province and other persons liquors and other Ordinary Accommodations According
   to and at the Usual and respective rates and prices assessed by the Justices and
   Commissioners for the aforesaid Kent County in their Said Court Setting dureing which
   Said time of the Said Pltfs So keeping ordinary as last Said viz. the twenty Second
   day of November in the year of our Lord Christ one thousand Seven hundred & Seventeen
   at St. Pauls parish in Kent County within the Jurisdiction of this Court ye Said Deft.
   In Consideration the aforesaid Pltf. at the like Special Instance and Request
   of the Said Deft. had then and there last mentioned vended Sold and delivered unto
