   Said that they Cannot gainsay but that they have as much Tobacco and money
   in there hands According to the return of the afd Attachment and is willing that
   Judgment Should be entred for the Same in their hands   Therefore
   it is Considered by the Court here viztthis Twentieth day of March
   Annoque Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen
   That the afd five hundred and Seventy pounds of Tobacco in the —
   hands of Allexander Williamson Clarke principall vestry man and his
   Brethren vestry men of St. Pauls Parish in Kent County afd and in
   the hands of Thomas Ringgold the Sume of Sixteen pounds ——
   Sterling money be Condemned According to Act of Assembly And
   that the Said John Evans have thereof Execution He the Said
   Plt. Entering Security before Execution Issue on the Judgment~
   afd That if he afd Deft Should within a Year and a day from Issueing
   out the orriginal writ come in and appear and Answer the afd Plt
   in his Accon afd And make it appear that the demand afd is —
   Satisfied or otherwise Shall discompt any part thereof that then—
   the Plt. Shall make restitution of the afd Tobo. & money So as afd
   Attached & Condemned or the value there^of. &ca

   William Sell of Kent County Planter alis Dics William Sill of —
   Steel pone in Kent County in the Province of Maryland Planter if he
   Should be found in your Bailywick and him Safe keep So that you have
   his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next County Court to .
   be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer
   unto John Williams of a plea that he render to him the full and just Sume
   or quantity of four Thousand four hundred pounds of good Sound Merchant
  :able leafe Tobacco cleare of ground leaves & trach in good and Lawfull —
   Seasoned Cask of ye. value of Twenty two pounds Sterling money which
   he unjustly detains &ca. And that he have then and there the Said
   writ &ca. Att which Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth day of March
   the Same Year last~. mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came
   Simon Wilmer Gent~. high Sherf of Said County and made return—
