   Mary Frogg Exrx. | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
   John Frogg decd— | the Twenty third day of March in the Second .
          at | Year of his Lordships Dominion &ca. That he
    Charles Glover       | take Charles Glover of Kent County in Maryland
   Gent~ alis Dics Charles Glover if he Should be found in your Baily:
   :wick and him Safe keep So that he have his body before the Justices
   of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town—
   of Chester in Said County was Summoned to Answer unto Mary Frogg
   Execrx. of ye last will & Testament of John Frogg late of the County of
   New Castle upon Dellaware Gent~. deceased of a plea that he render
   to her the Just and full Sume of Ten pounds fifteen Shillings & —
   Eleven pence Lawfull money of America which from her he unjustly
   detains &ca. And that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.
        Att which Said next Court vizt the eighteenth day of June —
   Anno Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen the
   day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of
   Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed
   as folls vizt.   Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf
     Att which Said Court the Said Deft~ being called came And the
   Said Plt by Thomas Bowne her attry prays the Said Deft may
   give Special baile to the afd accõn which was granted and that
   the Sherf of Said County keep the Said Deft~ in Safe Custody untill he
   Shall give Special baile to the Same accon
     And the Said Plt. by her attry afd Saith that the Said Plt is
   not An Inhabitant of this County on which he prays that he may
   put Security for Cost to the Said Accõn if ye Deft Should Non Suite
   ye. Plt. in ye Same which was granted on which Thomas Bowne
   afd comes into Court and Saith that he will be Surety for the Said Plt.
   in the Accon afd and will pay the Cost in the Same if the Said -
   Plt Should be cast in the Same
     Att which Said next Court vizt. the Twentyeth day of August~
   the Same year last mentioned came the Said Plt. by her attry afd
   and declare as folls vizt Kent County Maryland Ss Charles Glover of
   Kent County in Maryland Gent~ alis Dics Charles Glover was Summoned
   to Answer Mary Frogg Exec.rx of ye last will & Testament of John Frogg
   late of the County of New Castle upon. Dellaware Gent deceased of
