24 June Court 1716 what Shold be objected against him &ca. And in the mean time to be of good behaviour &ca. And no person at this Court Shewing any cause why the afd Recognizance Should not be discharged This Court here discharges the Same Recognizance Likewise John Ellis and Samuel Parsons both of this County Att the Same time as afd Entred into Recognizance in the Sume of tenn pds Sterlg Each to be Leveyed on their goods & Chattells Lands and Tenemts Conditionally that if the afd Edward Williams did not appear and - answr. as afd and that he was to be of good behaviour &ca. as afd - This Court here discharges the Said Recognizances Each of them === apr as an Evide agst. ye Sd Edwd in Cort ordrd by ye Cort here that his Recognize be discharged Peter Allaby of this County at last Court Entred into Recognizance in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg. to be Levey’d on his goods and - chattells Lands and Tenements conditionally if he did not appear at this Court to Prosecute on his Lord Ships behalfe against the afd Edward Williams And now Att this Court This Court here discharges the Same John Jones at the Same time last mentioned the Said John Entrd into Recognize in the Sume of five pounds Sterlg to be Levey’d as afd if he did not appr. as an Evide. on his Lord Ship behalfe against the afd Edward and at this Court now the Said John in his proper person~ appears to the Same ordered by the Court here that the Same Recoge. be discharged. And now at this Court there being no [factor?] This Court here discharges the Same Recognizance John Clarke at the Same time last mentioned being an Evide agst the Same at this Court the Said John Clarke in his proper person~ appears to the Same ordered by the Court here that his recognize. for his appearance be discharged : John Clark as afd Entred into Recognizance in the Sume of five pds Sterlg. to be Levey’d on his goods & Chattells Lands and tenements Conditi: :onally that if he did not appear at this Court as an Evidence on his Lord Ships behalfe against the afd Edward Williams This Court here discharges the Same And now at this Court came the afd Edward Williams by Thomas Bowne his attry and his Lord Ship by John Johnson Clarke of the Indictmt and there being a presentment against the afd Edward for Stealing one Mare the goods of Peter Allaby &ca. the Same not being drawn up into a bill |
