   Wm Jones | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County the —
        at | twenty third day of March in the Second Year of his Ld
   Thos Tyer | Ships Dominion &ca. That he take Thomas Tyer of Kent

County Planter alis Dics Thomas Tyer of Kent County in
   ye Province of Maryland Planter if he Should b efound in his Bailywick
   and him Safe keep So that he have his body before his Said Lordships
   Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chestr.
   in Said County was Summoned to Answer unto Will: Janes of a plea that he
   render to him the Just Sume of Ten pounds of Lawfull Current Silver money
   of ye afd Province which to him he owes and from him he unjustly —
   detains &ca.    and that he have then and there the Said writ~
   &ca.
        Att which Said next Court vizt. the Eighteenth day of June Anno
   Domini One Thousand Seven hundred and Seventeen the day of return
   of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County & .
   made return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as folls vizt.
   Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf
      Att which Said Court came the Said Plt by Thomas Bowne his
   attorney and the Said Deft being called came and ye Said Plt by
   his attry afd prayd that the Said Deft might give Speciall —
   baile to ye Said Accon wch. was granted and that he be kept~
   in Safe Custody by the Sherf of Said County untill he Should give
   Special baile as afd
     Att which Said next Court viz the Twentieth day of August ye
   Same Year afd came the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry &
   declared as folls vizt. Kent County Maryland Ss Thomas Tyer of Kent
   County Planter alis Dics Thomas Tyer of Kent County in ye Province of
   Maryland Planter was Summoned to Answer unto Will: Jones of a
   plea that he render to him the Just Sume of Ten pounds of Lawfull
   Current Silver money of the afd Province which to him he owes and
   from him he unjustly detains &ca    And Whereupon the afd
   Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry Saith that whereas ye afd
   Deft. ye. fourteenth day of 9ber Anno Domini Seventeen hundred &
   Sixteen at Kent County afd within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court by
   his certain writing obligatory which the Said Deft Sealed —
   with his Seale and as his deed delivered hereinto Court brought
