   Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came Simon
   Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof
   in these words thereon Endorsed as folls vizt Cepi Corpus pr

   Mathw Parker | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent
         —— | County the Twentieth day of June in the
           at | Third year of the Dominion of Charles abso:
   Robt Gray —    | :lute Lord &ca. That he take Robert Gray of
   Kent County Labourer alis Dics Roburtt Gray of Kent County in
   Dellaware farmer if he Should be found in his Bailywick and him
   Safe keep So that he have his body before the Justices of our—
   next County Court was Summoned to Answer Mathew Parker
   of a plea that he render to him the full and Just Sume of Two
   pounds Currant money of America which to him he oweth &
   form him unjustly detaineth &ca. And that he have then and
   there the Said writt &ca
      Att which Said next Court vizt. the Twentieth day of
   August the Same Year afd the day of return of Said writt
   Came Simon Wilmer Gent high Sherf of Said County and
   made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as -
   folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Simon Wilmer Sherf.
    And A Decln being fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy
   thereof Served therewith According to Act of Assembly in Such
   Cases made was as folls vizt. Kent County Ss Robert Gray of Kent
   County Labourer ali Dics Roburtt Gray of Kent County in Dellaware
   farmer was Summoned to Answer Mathew Parker of a plea that he ren[der]
   to him the full and just Sume of Two pounds Currant money of America
   which to him he oweth and form him unjustly detaineth &ca.
   And Whereupon the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry .
