   the Justices of our Said Court on the twenty third day of March
   last whereof he was Convict as aprs. upon Record as also the Sume
   of Six hundred Sixty Eight pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite as also
   together with the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco adl Cost—
   hereof faile not at your perill and have you then and there this
   prcept witnesse Nathaniel Hynson Gent chiefe Justice of our Sd
   Court this 20th day of June in the third Year of our Dominion

of Kent County greeting wee Command you
   that you take the body of Edward Skinner of Kent County Planter
   alis Dics Edward Skinner of Kent County in the Province of Mary :
  :land Planter if he Shall be found in your Bailywick & him
   Safe keep So that you have his body before the Justices of our
   next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town
   of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in August next
   to Satisfie unto William Hackett as well the Sume of five
   hundred pounds of Tobacco Debt upon Judgment Recovered
   by the afd Plt ag.st the Said Deft before the Justices of our
   Said Court on the Twenty first day of August Anno Domini
   one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen whereof he was —
   Convict as appears upon Record as also the Sume of Three
   hundred and Seventeen pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite as —
   also together with the Sume of forty Six pounds of Tobacco
   additionall Cost hereof faile not at your prill and have you
