                                    August Court 1717                                     22[4] 
   Same it is ordered that the Same be made out which was done according
   :ly and by the Court Examined. and Signed and Sealed ———
    Colo Edward Scott takes his place and Sitts on the bench~
   Mr. Simon Wilmer of this County being by his Excellencys ——
   Commission and a Dedimus was in July last Sworn high Sherrife
   of a Said County and gave bond for the due Execution of the Same
   office —
      The Same comes into Court and prays that Michael Hacket of
   Said County may be Sworn his deputy. which was granted
     Michael Hackett afd comes into Court and takes the Oath of -
   Allegiance and Supremacy the Oath of abjuration and the Accus:
  :tomed oath of Under Sherf And also Signes the Test~. and the afd
   Oath of Abjuration—
    Mr. Lambert Wilmer takes his place and Sitts on ye bench
    Mr. Marmaduke Tilden takes his place and Sitts on ye bench
     John Sutton of this County brings into Court Mary Willis daughr.
   of Jonathan Willis late of Said County decd The Same Mary being
   an orphan this Court binds here by Indenture to the afd John
   Sutton to bring her up to houshold work Supposed to be Six
   years old and at the Expiration to Give her Suite of new Cloaths
   to be druget or Serge. and to Learn her in the time of her Service
   Sew nitt & Spin   The Same Indenture Sealed and Signed in open~
   Court and Seald Delivered and acknowledged ———
        John Nancoyne of this County brings in[to] Court a Slave wch.
   is an Indian Girl called Sarah for to be adjudged when to pay a Leave[y]
   for her This Court on view of the Same It is Considered by the
   Same Court that the Said Indian Girl is adjudged to be Eight years:
   of Age—————                                          Jams Smith Clk
     James Nicholson a person coming into this County the Cunstable of
   the hundred where he lives in forms the Court of him that he hath not~.
   taken him in the list Mr. Michael Miller alleadges that he may be take[n]
   in another County and Promises to bring a Certificate of the Same wch.
   if not he obliges himselfe to pay this County as much as the Levey -
   amounts to ———
