   197                                       March Court 1716
   Her late Majestie | Att last November Court Christopher Bateman
           at | Entered into Recognizance in the Sume of five —
   Joan Halts — | pounds Sterling for the ap.rce of the afd Joan —
   ~~~~~~~~~~~~ | And now at this Court the afd John Halts in—


her proper person appears to the Same ordered
   by this Court that the afd Christopher Batemans Recognizance be —
   discharged    .    .    Christopher Bateman afd his Recognizance taken
   in the Sume afd The Same is by this Court here discharged .
    And the afd Joan in her proper person appeared to a certain
   Indictment found against her for Committing fornication &ca. .
   which Indictment was found by the Grand Jury for Said County
   in her late Majestie Queen Annes Reigne   on which this Court
   hath now no Cognizance The Same Indictment is Quashed
   and held for naught &ca. ——
   His Lord Ship . | The Same at last Court Entred into .
           at | Recognizance for his appearance to this
   Thomas Hews | Court   The Same comes into Court in his
   ~~~~~~~~~~~ | proper person and appeares to the Same—


ordered by this Court here that his Recognizance
   and his Sureties Recognizance for his appearance be discharged
   Thomas Hews afd his Recog being taken in the Sume of tenn—
   pounds Sterlg for his appearance to this Court And Good behaviour
   in the mean time and at this Court no person Shewing an cause
   why the Same Should not be discharged This Court here discharges
   the Same ——
    M.r Michael Miller Surety for the Same at the Same time afd
   entred into Recognizance in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg This
   Court here discharges the Same Recognizance
