   last mentioned faithfully promised that he the Said Deft~ So much Merchantable
   Tobacco as the afd last mentioned Liquors and ordinary Accomodations were at the
   time of the Sale & delivery thereof at reasonable rates & prices worth & amounted
   to unto the Said Plt when thereunto afterwards required would well and truly pay
   and Content and the afd Plt in deed Saith that the afd last mentioned Liquors
   and ordinary Accomodations Sold and delivered as last mentioned at the
   time of the Sale & delivery thereof were at reasonable rates and values worth
   and amounted unto ye Sume of Eighteen hundred and fifteen pounds of—
   Merchantable Tobacco in manner as in the (last mentioned) Accot Shewn of .
   which the Said Deft then and there last mentioned had Notice Nevertheless
   the afd Deft his Severall promises and assumptions afd in forme afd made
   little minding but fraudulently Intending the Said Plt~ in that behalf -
   the afd Severall Sums of Tobacco in the whole amounting to three Thousand
   Six hundred and thirty pounds of Tobacco unto the Said Plt altho’ afterwards
   viz on the thirteenth day of 9ber Anno Domini Seventeen hundred
   & Sixteen and often after he was at the Parish afd in the County afd in the
   afd Jurisdiciõn thereto by the Said Plt~ Required hath not paid nor made—
   Content for the Same but that to pay or Content the Said Deft hitherto
   hath denied and yet denys to the damage of the Said Plt Six Thousand pds
   of Merchantable Tobacco and thereupon he brings Sute &ca. TBowne~
