   William Frisby Sherf | Commanded it was to the Coroner of -
   plt~    at | Kent County the Twenty first day of August
   George Hill Deft~ | in the Second Year of His Lord Ships Dominion
   ————————— | &ca. That he take George Hill of Kent County
   Shipcarpenter alis Dics George Hill of Kent County Ship Carpender if
   he Shold be found in his Presincts and him safe keep So that he have
   his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to be held
   at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County was Summoned
   to Answer unto William Frisby Gent Sherf of the County of a plea that he
   render to him the full and Just Sume & Quantity of Six Thousand nine -
   hundred & Eighty pounds of good Sound Merchantable leaf Tobacco every
   way well qualified in Casqe of ye value of Twenty nine pounds Sterling money
   which he unjustly detains &ca. And that he have then and there the Said -
   writ &ca. . . Att which Said next Court viz the twentieth day of November
   in ye Same Year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ came —
   William Ringgold Gent~ one of ye Coroners of Said County & made return .
   thereof in these words thereon. Endorsed as folls vizt. Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ringgold
   Coror. And a Decln being fild when Said writ Issued and a Copy thereof —
   Served therewith According to Act of Assembly in Such cases made was as
   folls vizt Kent County Ss George Hill of Kent County Ship Carpenter alis Dics.
   George Hill of Kent County Ship Carpender was Summoned to Answer unto -
   William Frisby Gent. Sherf. of Sd County of a plea that he render to him the
   full and Just Sume & Quantity of Six thousand nine hundred and Eighty pounds
   of good Sound Merchantable leafe Tobacco every way well qualified in Casqe of .
   ye value of Twenty nine pounds Sterling money which he unjustly detains &ca.
   And whereupon the afd William by Thomas Bowne his attorney Saith that
   whereas the afd George the twenty eighth day of June Anno Domini Seven
  :teen hundred and fifteen at St. Pauls Parish in Kent County afd within the
   Jurisdiciõn of this Court by his certain writing obligatory which the Said.
   George Sealed with his Seale and as his deed delivered hereinto Court brought.
   ye date whereof is the Same day & year afd granted himselfe holden and .
   firmly bounden unto the afd William by ye name of William Frisby
   of Kent County in ye Province afd in the afd full and Just Sume & Quantity
