   Tobacco the debt in the Judgment afd and also the Sume of Two hundred
   and Sixty one pounds of Tobacco Cost in the Judgment afd which in the
   whole Amounts to the Sume of Eight hundred and Eleaven pounds of
   Tobacco have thereof Execution as also the Sume of two hundred —
   and thirty Six pounds of Tobacco Cost Expended on the afd writ of Sciri—
   facias by the Court here of his assent adjudged and that he have thereof
   Execution against the Said Deft~ —

   Saml Philips - | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent County
           at | the twenty Sixth day of November in the —
   Swain Swainson | Second Year of his Lord Ships Dominion &ca. -

that he take Swain Swainson of Kent County .
   Labourer alis Dics Swain Swainson of Kent County Lodgmaller [?] if he
   Should be found in his Bailwick and him Safe keep So that he —
   have his body before his Said Lord Ships Justices of the next Court to
   be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to
   Answer unto Samuel Philips of a plea that he render to him ye full
   and Just Sume of Twelve hundred thirty and four pounds of Good —
   Sound Clean Marchantable leafe Tobacco in caske to Contain ye Same .
   of the value of five pounds and three Shillings Sterling money —
   which he unjustly detains &ca. And that he have then and there
   the Said writ &ca.   Att which Said next Court viz the nineteenth -
   day of March [the] Same year last mentioned the day of return
   of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent- high Sherf of Said County
   and made return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as folls viz.t
   Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf—
    And A Decln being fild when Said writ Issued forth and a Copy
   thereof Served therewith According to a certain Act of Assembly in
   Such cases made was as folls vizt. Kent County Ss Swain Swainson of Kent
   County Labourer alis Dics Swain Swainson of Kent County Lodgmaller.
   was Summoned to answer Samuel Philips of a plea that he render to
   him ye full & Just Sume of Twelve hundred thirty & four pounds [of]
   good Sound Clean Marchantable leafe Tobacco in Cask to Contain [ye]
   Same of the value of five pounds & three Shillings Sterling money [which]
   he unjustly detains &ca. And whereupon the Said Samuel by Thomas
   Bowne [his] attorney Saith that whereas the afd Swain the Twenty nienth
   day of 10.ber Anno Domini Seventeen hundred and Sixteen at S.t Pauls
