127 March Court 1716 of Kent County in Province aforesd Deft~ the Said Plt recovered Judgm.t against the Said Deft as well for the Sume of five hundred and fifty — pounds of Tobacco Debt as also the Sume of two hundred and Sixty one pounds of Tobacco Cost of Suite and for the Same Execution have not~ thereupon yet Issued wee Therefore Command you that by good and Lawfull men of your Bailiwick you make known unto the Said —— Sapience Harrison that he be and appear before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County on the third Tuesday in March next to Show Cause if any he have why Execution Should not Issue forth against him for the Sume of Eight hundred and Eleaven pounds of Tobacco and . Cost in the Judgment afd Specified And how you Shall Execute this writ that you make known unto the Justices of our Said Court at— the day and place afd hereof you are not to faile at your prill and have you then and there the names of the persons before whom you Shall make the Same known and this writ witness Edward Scott Gent- one of the Justices of our Said Court this 26.th day of~- November in the Second Year of our Dominion &ca. Anno Domini 1716 TBowne pr Querr— Jams Smith Clk Att which Said Court vizt. the nineteenth day of March the Same year last mentioned ye day of return of Said writ Came William— Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof~ in these words thereon Endorsed as followeth vizt. To the Justices — within mentioned I Certifie that I have made known unto the within Sapience Harrison before Michael Hacket and Joseph Rye two good and Lawfull men of my Bailiwick that he be and appear as within directed &ca. at our County Court as within Mentioned to Show cause if— any he have why Execution Should not Issue forth against him for the Sum within mentioned as the within writ Exacteth & requireth pr me Wm Ffrisby Sherf—— And now at this Court came the afd Plt by Thomas Bowne his attorney and prays that Execution may be done on the Judgment afd mentioned in the afd writ of~ Sciri facias and the afd Deft neither by himselfe or any other in his behalf doth Shew cause why Judgment Should not be Made for Execution as afd == Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this Twenty Second day of March Anno Domini— one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen that the afd Plaintife James Rae for the afd Sume of five hundred and fifty pounds of Tobo— |
