   125                                March Court 1716
   the nineteenth day of June  the Same year last mentioned the day of
   return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent~ high Sherf of Said County.
   and made return thereof in the words thereon endorsed as folls vizt.
   To the Justices within mentioned I certifie in obedience to the within
   Attachment have attached in the hands of Thomas Cook Planter fice
   hundred pounds Tobacco before Josiah Lanham & John Deavinish Good
   & Lawfull men of my Bailiwick as within required
                                                                              Wm Ffrisby Sherf.
   And now at this Court came the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his
   attry and prayd Condemnation of the afd five hundred pounds of-
   Tobacco attached in the hands of Thomas Cooke and the afd —
   Thomas Cooke being Solemnly called came not nor any person in
   his behalfe to Shew cause why the afd five hundred pounds of
   Tobacco as the Credits of the afd John Hodges Should not be —
   Condemned in his hands for the use of the afd Plt. Therefore
   it is Considered by the Court here vizt. this Twenty Second day
   of March Anno Domi one Thousand Seven hundred and -
   Sixteen That the afd five hundred pounds of Tobacco attached —
   in the hands of the afd Thomas Cooke as the Credits of the afd
   John Hodges be Condemned to the use of the afd Plt. and that~
   he have thereof Execution   he giving Surety that if ye Deft Should
   within a year and day come and appear to the orriginal Accõn and make
   it appear that the Plt is paid ye Demand afd or any part thereof that—
   then he Shall make restitution of the afd Tobo or any part thereof
    fees on  this Att.t~   252 } lb Tobo

   found in your Bailiwick and him safe keep So that you have his body
   before the Justices of our next County Court to be held at our Court house in
   the Town of Chester in Said County on the third tuesday in March next to -
