   Hugh Durborough | Commanded it was to the Sherf of Kent~
           at | County the Twenty Sixth day of November
   Thomas Hues . | in the Second Year of his Lordships Dominion

&ca. That he take Thomas Hues of Kent County
   Labourer if he Should be found in his Bailiwick and him safe
   keep So that he have his body before his Said Lordships Justices
   of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the Town of Chester
   in Said County to Answer unto Hugh Durborow of a plea of —
   Trespass upon the Case and that he have then and there the Said
   writ &ca. . . Att which Said next Court vizt. the nineteenth day of
   March the Same year last mentioned the day of return of Said writ Came
   William Frisby Gent high Sherf of Said County and made return—
   thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as folls viz Cepi Corpus pr.
    Wm Ffrisby Sherf . .   And now at this Court The afd Deft being —
   called Came and the Said Plt by Thomas Bowne his attry prayd that
   he might be taken as Surty for Cost the Plt being a person that doth not
   live in the County which is granted The afd Thomas Bowne Saith~
   that he will pay ye Cost in the accõn afd for the Plt if in case the
   Said Deft Shall Cast the Said Plt in the Said Accõn and the Olt~
   Shall not pay their^feeshimselfe   And the Said Plt prays that the
   afd Deft~ may give Special Baile to ye afd Accõn which is granted .
   on which Michael Miller of Said County comes into Court and -
