   Jo Weilding In his proper person appears in Court to the Same and prays that—
   he may be discharged ordered by this Court here that He be discharged
   The afd Joseph Weilding is by This Court here discharged &ca ——

   His Lordship | The afd Edward Williams enterd into Recognizance at
           at | last Court for his appearance to this Court as an Evidence
   Edward Williams | on his Said Lord Ships behalfe In the Sume of five~
  ~~~~~~~~~~~~
pounds Sterling to be Levied on his goods and Chattells
   Lands and Tenements Conditionally that if he did not appeare as afd And .
   now at this Court the afd Edward being Solemnly called came not nor any
   person in his behalf doth Show cause why he doth not appear : Therefore
   it is Considered by the Court here viz.t this Twenty first day of March Anno
   Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and Sixteen That the afd Recognize
   be forfeitted to the use of his Lordship &ca.

   His Lordship | This Court orders that the Said John Jones Entr into
           at | Recognize. for his appearance to next Court &ca. wth.
   John Jones - | Sureties


John Jones Comes into Court and acknowledges himselfe
   indebted to his Lord Ship his heires and Successors in the Sume of
   tenn pounds Sterling to be Levied on his goods and Chattells Lands &
   Tenements Conditionally that if he do not make his personall appce.
   at the next Court and to answer unto what Shall be objected against
   him on his Lordships behalfe and in ye mean time he is to be of
   good behaviour &ca. wherewith he acknowledges himselfe to be—
   Content
           Likewise Came into Court Roger Hix and Thomas [Macey?] both
   of Said County and Acknowledges themselves indebted to his Lordship
   his heires and Successors in the Sume of five pounds Sterling^Eachto be
   Levied on their goods and Chattells Lands and Tenements Conditionally —
   that if the afd John Jones do not appear and answer as afd and in the
   mean time to be of good behaviour as afd wherewith they acknowledge
   them Selves Content~.
