March Court 1716 118 Said William Graves being Privately Examined out of the hearing - of her said husband by Mr. John March who makes the follg report viz that the Said Eliz doth declare that She doth give up all her right title dowry claim and demand whatsoever to the afd Land and premises thereto belonging unto the afd Wm Savory without~ being reduced by fear or threats of her Said Husband but that She doth ye Same freely and willingly The grand Jury returns and Saith that they have found no more presents or bills and that they have Signed the afd presentment or bills and that they have Signed the afd presentment it being drawn into a bill The grand Jury dischd and allowed five hundred pounds of Tobacco at M.r Wm Glanvills & to be allowed the Same in the next Levey Court adjourns to morrow morning eight Clock Mar 21 Againe meets

Seven hundred and fourteen at South Sassafrax upper hundred in the County afd and within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court the Close of a certain Joseph Weilding by force and Arms did break and enter and two hoggs of the value of Twenty Shillings Currant money of America the goods and Chattells of the Said Joseph Weilding then and there being found feloniously did Steal take and bear away against the peace of the Said Lord Proprietor his rule & dignity and against the forme of an Act of assembly of this Province in Such Cases made and provided Johnson pr Dno propriet~ on |
