   Laughlin Flinn prays he may have the Liberty of an old —
   house that Stands on Ground belongs to the County at the old Town
   this Co.^rt gives him liberty to use y^e Same during pleasure ——
   John Hall of this County alleadges that he is charged a taxable
   more then he ought to pay Levey for this year This Court orderes —
   that he be allowed in the next Levey as much as one Levey is this
   year ——

   John King being Sumoned as an Evid^e for Dennis Clarke Ex^r W^m~
   Lewis ag^st. Robert Green . proves he attended on the Same Accõn
   five days .    ordered by the Court here that the Said Dennis —
   Clarke pay the Said John King one hundred and fifty pounds
   of Tobacco for his attendance as afd ——
