   Mr. James Harris takes his place & Sitts on the bench~
   Mr. William Pott takes his place & Sitts on the bench—
       Proclamation that the appear.e Docket is going to be called
   over as foll.s vizt—
   Edward Pleasto.. | Command was given to the Sherf of Kent~
           at | County the nineth day of Aprill in the first~
   Thomas Pindergrass | year of the Reigne of his now Majestie George &ca

that he take Thomas Pindergrass of Kent County
   in ye Province of Maryland Planter alis Dics Tho Pindergrass on Kent~.
   County if he Should be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keepe So that.
   he have his body before her Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to
   be held at the Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to —
   Answer unto Capt. Edward Plestoe of the Same County of a plea that the —
   render to him the full and Just Sum of two thousand pounds of good
   Sound Merchantable leaf Tobo. in Casque which from him he unjustly -
   detaines &ca— And that he have then and there the Said precept &ca.
   Att which Said next Court vizt the Seventh day of June the year afd.
   the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent. high Sherf of
   Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon Endorsed as
   folls vizt Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf.
    and the Said Deft. being called came and the Said Plt~ by Thomas
   Bowne his Attry prays that the Said Deft~ may give Special bayle
   to the afd Accõn which is granted and M.r Daniel Pearce of
   Said County Comes into Court and Acknowledges himselfe as Special
   bayle in the above Accon~ and doth undertake for the Said —
   Thomas the payment of the debt afd. and the Cost thereon accrueing
   if it Shold happen that the Said Edward Shall obtaine Judgment agst.
   the Said Thomas in the afd Accõn And the Said Thomas the
   Condemation afd Shall not Satisfie nor himselfe to the Custody
