   M.r William Blay takes his place and Sitts on the bench
   Deborah Brown Comes into Court and takes her Corporall
   oath on the holy Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith that
   She did See John Gibbs Signe Seale and deliver a power of.
   Attorney to Nicholas Clouds of Queen Anns County to Acknowledge
   a Conveyance of one hundred and fifty Acres of Land part of
   a tract of Land Called Tibses Choyce to Renatus Smith of —
   Queen Anns County
   Owin Connoly likewise Comes into Court and takes his —
   Corporall Oath on the holy Evangilists of Almighty God and Saith
   that he did See the afd John Gibbs Signe Seale and deliver —
   a Power of Attorney to Nicholas Clouds as afd to Acknowledges —
   a Conveyance of one hundred and fifty Acres of Land as abovesd.
   to ye afd Renatus Smith —
    Nicholas Clouds as afd being Authorized by a Power of Attry
   afd mentioned which is Comprized in a Conveyance for one —
   hundred and fifty Acres of Land part of a tract of Land Called Tibses
   Choyce from John Gibbs to Renatus Smith of Queen Ann’s County
   And now the Same Nicholas Comes into Court and Acknowledges
   the Conveyance afd to the afd Renatus Smith— .
       This Court haveing Some knowledge of an Act of Assembly
   that was made the Last Sessions about the alteration of this.-
   Court Sitting   but for as much as the whole Court haveing known
   nothing about it before. This Court thinks fitt to Adjourne to .
   Some longer time In which time^tillthey may be Informed of the
   Same Act or that Some person of the bench may Send for the
   Said Act .   .    And that all process and proceedings and all Jurors
   be adjourned to the fourth Monday in this Instant June and
   that Proclamation be made to give notice of the Same -
