   Court here vizt the Same day last mentioned That the afd Plt William
   Symcoks Recover against the Said Deft. Michael Byrne as well the afd
   Sume of Seven hundred and twenty pounds of Tobacco or twelve pair of
   Shoes the debt afd as also the Sume of Three hundred and twenty five —
   pounds of Tobacco Cost by the afd Plt about his Suite in this behalfe layd
   out and expended and by the Court here of his assent adjudged and the Said
   Deft. to be taken into Custody

    M.r William Frisby high Sherf of Said County Prays the Court
   here that they will have a Prison built near the Court house to
   Secure Prisoners in .   .    This Court doth lett the Same rest that they
   may Consider farther thereon on which the Same is Continued untill
   the next Court in Course &ca.

     Court adjourns to Court in Course
   Att A Court held for Kent County at the Court house on Chester River
   in the Town of Chester in Said County on the Seventh day of June .
   in the first year of the Reigne of our Sovereigne Lord George
   by the Grace of God of great Brittaine Ffrance and Ireland King
   Defender of the Ffaith &ca. In the year of our Lord Christ one —
   thousand Seven hundred and fifteen before
