                                         March Court 1714/15
   if he Should be found in his Baylwick & him Safe keepe So that he have
   his body before her Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our
   Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto Robert .
   Johnson of a plea of Trespass upon the Case and that he have then and there
   the Said writ &ca.   .   .    .   Att which Said next Court viz.t the Second day of
   November in the first year of the Reigne of his now Majesties George.
   the day of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent high Sherf of
   Said County and made return thereof in these words thereon endorsed as
   foll vizt Cepi Corpus pr Wm Ffrisby Sherf ——
     Att which Said Court the Said Deft being Called Came and the Said Plt.
   by his afd Attry Prayd that the Said Deft might give SPeciall bayle to
   the afd Accõn which was granted And that he was to be kept in Custody
   by the Sherf of Said County untill he did give Speciall bayle as afd-
   Att which Said next Court viz.t the first day of March ye Same year
   last mentioned Came the Said Plt~. by Thomas Bowne his Attry and the
   Said Deft in Custody as afd The Said Plt. by his afd attry releases the
   afd Deft out of Custody on Account of the afd Accõn that he be held no-
   longer on the Same .   And ye Said Deft in his proper person appears to ye
   afd Accon and the afd Plt by his afd Attry. declare as foll viz Maryland
   Kent County Ss George Hill of Said County Shipcarpenter Stands attached to . .
   answer Robert Johnson of a plea of Trespass upon ye. Case And whereupon
   the Said Robert Johnson by Thomas Bowne his Attry complaines that~.
   whereas the Said George the Twenty Sixth day of March in ye Year of our Lord
   one Thousand Seven hundred &. thirteen at the Parish of St. Pauls in the .
   County afd & within the Jurisdiciõn of this Court in consideration that the Said
   Robert at ye Special Instance & request of the Said George had Sold and deli:
  :vered to the Said George to the use and behoofe of the Said George divers goods
   & Merchandizes as by the Account hereunto annexed appears did assume upon
   himselfe & to the Said Robert then & there faithfully promised that he the.
   Said George all Such Sumes of money which the Goods & Merchandizes -
