                                         March Court 1714/15
   and whereupon the afd Plt. by Thomas Bowne his attry Complains for
   that Whereas ye afd Deft ye twenty fifth day of March Anno Domini —
   Seventeen hundred & fourteen at ye Parish of S.t Paul in Kent County afd —
   written ye Jurisdiciõn of this Court In Consideration that ye afd Plt. then &
   there had Sold & delivered to ye afd Deft for his ye Said Defts. proper use
   divers goods wares & Merchandizes and also done and Performed divers Services
   for him the Said Deft which Said goods wares & Merchandizes and Sd Services
   Specifically appear in an Account thereof hereunto Annext and in Court brought
   the Said Deft. upon himselfe Assumed and to ye Said Plt then and there
   faithfully Promised that he the Said Deft So much Currant money of .
   Maryland as ye afd Goods wares and Merchandizes at ye time of the Sale
   & delivery thereof Should be at reasonable rates worth and Amount to —
   and also So much currant money of Maryland as ye afd Plt for ye afd -
   Services done & performed as afd Should reasonably deserve unto ye afd Plt.
   when thereunto afterwards required would well & truly pay & Content —
   and the afd Plt. in deed Saith that ye afd goods wares and Merchandizes
   Sold and delivered as afd at ye time of ye Sale and delivery thereof at~.
   reasonable rates were worth and Amounted to ye Sume of three pounds -
   & one Shilling currant money of Maryland And that ye Said Plt. for -
   ye afd Services done & performed as afd reasonably deserves ye. Sum of
   Sixteen Shillings Currant money of Maryland in manner as in ye afd Account
   of which the Said Deft then & there had Notice Yet ye Sd Deft his pro:
  :mise and Assumption afd as to the afd Severall Sums of money in ye whole.
   amounting to ye Sum of three pounds Seventeen Shillings Currant money.
   of Maryland he not minding ye afd three pounds & Seventeen Shillings. -
   currant money to ye Same Plt altho’ afterwards viz.t on ye twenty Sixth
   day of March Anno Domini Seventeen hundred & fourteen he was at
   ye Parish of S.t Paul in ye County & juridiccõn afd thereunto required.
   hath not paid nor made content for y.e Same but ye Same to pay
   he ye Sd Plt. five pounds Currant money of Maryland and thereupon
                                                                                                     he.
