                                              March Court 1714/15
   person appeared to the afd Accõn And the Said Plt. by his afd Attry prays Judgmt
   for the afd Debt & Cost Accrueing. And the Said Deft Saith that he Cannot
   gainsay the Accõn afd of him the Said Dennis Clarke nor but that the writeing
   obligatory above mentioned is his Act. and deed and that he oweth unto the.
   Said Plt the afd Sume of four hundred and Seventy pounds of Tobacco and is
   willing that Judgment Should be entred for the Same and Cost thereon Accrueing
   Therefore it is Considered by the Court here vizt this Seventh day of Aprill
   Annoq Domini one Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen that the Said.
   Plt~ Dennis Clarke Recover against the afd Deft. Samuel Bury as well
   the Sume of four hundred and Seventy pounds of Tobacco the Debt afd.
   as also the Sume of two hundred and fourty five pounds of Tobacco Costs.
   by the afd Plt. about his Suite in this behalfe expended and by the Court~
   here of his assent adjudged And the Said Deft~. in mercy &ca ——
