   John Jones . | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon the Case—
        —— | the Same was by the Sherf returnd Endorsed vizt. Cepi
   — at | Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf. and Now at this Court Came
   James Piner | ye Said Plt- and Deft~ and Said ye afd Accõn was agreed
   between them and prayd it might be So entred The Same Accõn agreed and -
   that all proceedings therein Cease &ca ——
   Edward Williams | This being an Accon of Trespass upon the Case The Same
     — at | writ was by the Sherf. returnd endorsed as folls vizt.
   John Jones    | Cepi Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf —— The afd Plt~ Came


into Court and Saith the Accõn afd is agreed and
   prays it may be So entred The Same Accõn agreed and that all proceedings .
   therein Cease &ca ——
   William Glanvill | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon the Case The
          —— | Same writ was returnd pr the Sherf endorsed vizt Cepi—
          at | Corpus pr Wm Frisby Sherf —— The afd Plt. came into
  William Morris — | Court and Said ye afd Accon ag.st the afd Deft~ is agreed.
   and prays it may be so entred the afd Accõn agreed and that all proceedings
   therein Cease &ca ——
   John Jobson | Command was given to the Sherf of Kent County
        —— | the Sixth day of November in the first year of the
   —— at | reigne of his now Majestie George &ca. That he take
   John Ward — | John Ward late of Kent County afd Planter als Dics


John Ward of Kent County Planter. if he Should be found
   in his baylwick and him Safe keepe So that he have his body before his
   Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held at our Court house in the .
   Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto John Jobson of a plea that he
   render him ye full and just~. Sume of two thousand pounds of good Sound Mer:
  :chantable leafe Tobacco in Cask to Contain ye Same of ye Value of eight pounds
   Six Shillings & Eight pence Sterling money which he unjustly detains And.
   that he have then and there the Said writ &ca.   Att which Said next~
   Court viz.t the first day of March ye Same year last mentioned the day
   of return of Said writ Came William Frisby Gent- high Sherf of Said —
