                                         March Court 1714/15                                    71  
   Gent- Sherf of Said County keepe the Said George Hill in Safe Custody —
   untill he Shall give Speciall bayle to the Same Accõn &ca ——
    And the Said George being in Custody appeared to the afd Accõn—
   Joseph Earle | Command was given to the Sherf of Kent County the
          —— | Sixth day of November in the first year the Reigne
          at | of his now Majestie George &ca. That he take George
   George Hill— | Hill of Kent County in Maryland Shipwright if he
   Should be found in his Baylwick and him Safe keepe So that he have
   his body before his Said Majesties Justices of the next Court to be held
   at C our Court house in the Town of Chester in Said County to Answer unto
   Josh Earle of a Plea of Trespass on ye Case and that he have then and —
   there the Said writ &ca—   Att which Said next Court viz.t the first~.
   day of March in the year afd the day of returne of Said writ Came —
   William Frisby Gent~ high Sherf of Said County and made return thereof
   in these words thereon endorsed as foll. viz.t Cepi Corpus pr Wm= Frisby [Sher]
   And the Said Deft~. being Called Came  and in his proper person appeared
   to the above Accõn and prayd liberty thereof to imparle thereto and -
   to Answer at next Court which is granted the Same day is given the
   Plt~. in like manner —————
   Rachel Dutitree | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon the Case.
          —— | The Same was returnd by the Sherf. endorsed as.
      — at — | foll viz Cepi Corpus pr Willm Frisby Sherf. and now
    Wm Granger — | at this Court the Plt haveing Sent an note to —
   Signifie that the afd Accõn was agreed between them and required that
   the Same might be So Enterd the Same Accõn Agreed and that all
   proceedings therein Cease &ca. ——
   John March . | This being an Accõn of Trespass upon the Case the Same
          — | was returnd by the Sherrife endorsed as foll viz Cepi~
    — at — | Corpus pr Willm Frisby Sherf. and the Plt. haveing -
   Daniel Maggs | Sent an note to Signifie that the Same Accõn was —
   agreed and between them and required that it might be So entered the
   Same Accõn agreed and that all proceedings therein Cease~ &ca ——
