   now in force in Such Cases made and Provided Johnson pr Doms Rege -
    Evidence Heaster Knight~
     Billa Vera   pr   Edwd Plesto   foreman—
     And the Said Elizabeth being Present in Court the Sd Indictment was .
     read to her and in her Proper person appeared to the Same ordered
     by the Court here that She prove the begitt.r of the afd Child on which
     She takes her Corporall Oath on the holy Evangilists of Almighty .
     God and Saith that John Underhill Jun.r was the begitt.r of the Last
     Child She bore on her body .   .    and Saith that She is willing that
     Judgmt. Should be entered on the afd Indictment and doth Submitt—
     to the determination of this Court . on the Same Indictment~ -
     Therefore it is Considered by this Court here viz.t this Seventh.
     day of Aprill Anno Domi one Thousand Seven hundred and fif=
    :teen That. Our Sovereigne Lord the King Recover ag.st the Said Elizabeth
     Poulson as well the Sume of Six hundred pounds of Tobacco for the
     use of the County. her fine afd According to Act of Assembly in Such
     Case made &ca. as also the Sume of two hundred and forty Eight~.
     pounds of Tobacco Cost Accrueing on the Premises ag.st the Said Elizabeth
      M.r Thomas Bowne Prays that he may be allowed for trouble &
     disgrace of his house. &ca. ordered that there be paid to M.r Thomas
     Bowne by the Said Elizabeth the Sume of two hundred pounds of Tobacco
     ordered that Surety be gave for the fine in the Judgment afd —
     mentioned .   .   .    .    M.r Thomas Bowne Comes into Court and Saith that
     he will Pay to the County the Sume of Six hundred pounds of ~
     Tobacco for the fine of the afd Elizabeth Poulson— . And also
     Prays that She may be ordered by this Court to make him Satisfac:
    :cõn for the Same as also the disgrace of his house . ordered by .
     this Court here that the Said Elizabeth Poulson and at the Expiration
