                                              March Court 1714/15
   Elizabeth Guilty or not Guilty do Say that the Said Elizabeth is not Guilty as
   She Stands Indicted and by John Moll there foreman all So Say   Thomas Bowne
   attry for the afd Elizabeth prays Judgment on the verdict afd   Therefore it is .
   Considered by the Court here viz.t this Sixth day of Aprill Anno Domini one .
   Thousand Seven hundred and fifteen That the Said Elizabeth Meeks go as to the .
   afd Indictm.t go thereof without day and that She be therefrom acquited But that
   She pay to the Officers of this Court the Sume of Six hundred Eighty Three pounds.
   of Tobacco Cost Accrueing on the premises afd to the officers of this Court &ca.
   the officers of this Court prays that the Sd Elizabeth may give Surty for the fees —
   Accrueing on the Premises &ca. ordered by this Court that the Said Elizabeth Meeks.
   give Surety as afd prayd
   on which Comes into Court Mr William Pott. of Sd County And Saith that he will pay all the.
   fees Accrueing on the premises afd against the Said Elizabeth to the officers of this Court to .
   whom they are due . on which the officers afd doth acknowledge that on the Consideration
   of the Assumption afd they do discharge the Sd Elizabeth &ca ——

   Whereas John Dunnahow Son of John Dunnahow late of Said County deceased.
   and by Petition Exhibitted to this Court In Novbr- Court last that the Said John~
   the orphan was then without Guardian   But A Certain M.r Thomas Mansell A Roman
   Catholick Priest liveing in Cæcil County had the Said orphan   and the Judgm.t of this
   Court was that ye Said M.r Thomas Mansell Should not have the Care and tuission in
   bringing up the Sd orphan but that he Should have A protistant Guardian
   and the Same being not appointed who Should be Guardian now at this Court.
  M:r Alexander Williamson is Appointed as Guardian to the afd John Dunnahaw.
