   they have and Delivrs. ye follg presentments vizt one against Samuel Exell [?] of
   Said County. for that he the Said Samuel did preach & Teach a Congregation-
   of people Contrary &ca ——
   one presentment against Honour Miller for Stealing & bearing away from ye .
   house of a Certain Edward Allabone Sume of his goods &ca —
   one presentment against Christopher Rye for Stealing one hogg form a Certain
   person unknown .    The Jury afd Consents that form not touching Substance
   in the afsd presentmts. may be altered &ca ———
    Her Majestie — | Recognizance taken pr Last Court for his appce.
           at | &ca. to this Court.    The said Dominick Kenslagh—
   Dominick Kenslagh | in his proper person Comes into Court & appears
  ———————— | to ye Said Recognizance
   Dominick Kenslagh afd his Recognizance being taken in the Sume of Twenty
   pounds Sterlg &ca. at ye Last Court for his appearance to this Court and that in ye
   mean time he was to be of good behaviour to all her Majesties good people
   and to Answer unto A Certain Indictment found against him by the Grand —
   Jury for makeing an Assault against a Certain Mr James Harris &ca. This Court—
   here Discharges the Same Recognizance
        Likewise Thomas Tolley & Edward Skidmore Each at the Same time Last
   mentioned Entred into Recognizance in the Sume of Tenn pounds Sterlg Each-
   for ye appearance of ye afd Dominick Kenslagh at this Court &ca To Answer as.
   afd   The Said Recognizances is by this Court here Discharged Each of them &ca.
