Yetserdays minutes read and approved M.r William Comegys takes his place and Sitts on the Bench- ~~~~~~~ William Gallaway Son of James Gallaway deceased. Is by this. Court and his own Consent bound by Indenture till he Comes to the age of twenty one Years. to William Graves of this County. he being now ye age of about Seven years to learn him ye trad Brick maker Bricklayer and Such other . trades ye Sd Graves works at and also to be learnt to read write and Cypher. and So to be learnt that when at Age as afd may be perfect in his trades as also to read in the Bible write a fare Legiable hand and to Cypher In all the rule perfect as farr as mathplycation and multiplycation - inclusive. as also the Sd William Graves now Assumes to pay unto Roger Hales four Shillings and Six pence that Roger Hales paid last Court for writeing an Indenture which was not made use of also assumes to pay Thomas Strutton one hundred and fifty pounds of Tobacco Charge the Said Thomas was at about the Said orphan before he was brought to Court The Said Indenture is Acknowledged in open Court~. M.r James Harris M.r Michael Miller & M.r William Blay they all take there place and Sitts on the bench ~~~~~~~~~~
