   ye Said Recognizance & his Surtys Recognizance for his appearance be Discharged
   John Jones Junr. afd his Recognizance being taken in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterl.g
   before Capt William Pott one of heis Majesties Justices of the peace for Said County the .
   nineteenth day of October last for his appearance to this Court and that he was to —
   Answer unto all Such things as Should be objected against him on his Majesties behalfe
   &ca. This Court here Discharges the Said Recognizance
   Likewise John Jones the father of the afd John Jones Entered into Recognizance
   in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg as abovesd for the appearance of the afd John Jones
   Junior at this Court &ca. to Answer as afd The Said Recognizance is by this Court here
   Discharged &ca.
   Benjamin Griffeth at the Same time afd as an Evidence on his Majesties behalfe
   against the afd John Jones Jun.r Entred into Recognizance in the Sume of tenn pounds Sterlg.
   for his appearance to this Court and now the Said Benjamin in his proper person Comes into
   Court and appeares to the Same   ordered by the Court here that the Said Recognizance
